As a job seeker you need to know that job hunting requires you to plan.
You need to have a career plan which will house things like, how long you will job hunt untill you get employed, your salary expectations, things like the kind of firm or industry you want to work in. Distance from your work place and terms and conditions of a prospective employer.
A plan gives you a road map or guide as you journey during your job hunting exercise.
You need to know what you want, where you are going and how you will get there.
Don't just let life live you, you need to live life and the first step is to be aware of life.
Planning requires you to be intentional about every move, the first step to planning your job search is to be aware of yourself, time and the job opportunities.
Planning makes life easy because you do not have to walk about without a specific goal or aim. You work with your plan.
