Job Summary
A group of start-ups require an Executive Assistant reporting to Group Executive to work closely with and handle office and administrative tasks keeping the organisation functioning and the Executive’s time optimised. This is a critical role to enable the Executive to advance initiatives and goals and a great opportunity to add value.

Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Manage scheduling for Executive, including making appointments and prioritizing the most sensitive matters
- Draft, review, and send communications on behalf of Executive
- Organize and prepare for meetings, including gathering documents and attending to logistics of meetings, including coordination of catering when necessary
- Providing administrative assistance, such as writing and editing e-mails, drafting memos, and preparing communications on the Executive’s behalf
- Answer and respond to phone calls, communicate messages in a polite and professional manner, and relay relevant feedback and information to stakeholders
- Welcoming visitors and identifying the purpose of the visit before directing them to the appropriate department
- Coordinate travel arrangements
- Maintain various comprehensive and accurate records and documents for the Executive
- Performing minor accounting and bookkeeping duties
- Ensure the tidiness of the office environment
- Attend to other ad-hoc tasks as they arise.
Requirements:
- Minimum academic qualification of a Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- 3 - 5 years prior experience in supporting a senior executive or team
- Experience in diverse industries
- Experience in a start-up and/or international working environment
- Excellent organization and time-management skills
- Excellent computer skills, including the Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Word)
- Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills
- Tech savvy, Resourceful can-do attitude, Results oriented, Detail-oriented self-starter.
- Exhibits sound judgment with the ability to prioritize and make decisions
- Energetic and eager to tackle new projects and ideas
- Comfortable interacting with high-level executives
- A team player capable of cultivating productive working relationships across the organization
- Ability to work speedily and deliver quality results under pressure
- Intellectual curiosity, creativity, and a desire for successful project delivery
Remuneration: NGN 120,000
