DESCRIPTION


Responsibilities:

  • Attend the trade request of customers who visit the app/platform,
  • Help to resolve customers' complaints and questions,
  • Give information about products and services,
  • Take orders and keep a record of each trade transaction.


Requirements:

  • This position is open to people with little or no experience, and fresh graduates
  • The job holder must be computer savvy
  • Must possess good international communication skills
  • The candidate must reside around Ikeja as proximity to the workplace is important
  • Note: We work round the clock. Staff work in shifts, day and night. You will work day and night shifts alternatively depending on the shift timetable. There is no exception.


Remuneration: NGN 50,000
