DESCRIPTION
Responsibilities:
- Attend the trade request of customers who visit the app/platform,
- Help to resolve customers' complaints and questions,
- Give information about products and services,
- Take orders and keep a record of each trade transaction.
Requirements:
- This position is open to people with little or no experience, and fresh graduates
- The job holder must be computer savvy
- Must possess good international communication skills
- The candidate must reside around Ikeja as proximity to the workplace is important
- Note: We work round the clock. Staff work in shifts, day and night. You will work day and night shifts alternatively depending on the shift timetable. There is no exception.
Remuneration: NGN 50,000
