Sales Engineer

Job Specifications:

  • Full Time
  • Required Qualifications: OND – BA/BSC/HND
  • Location: Lagos | Nigeria. 
Job Description:
  • Install, repair, and maintain equipment for clients.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Identify customer’s needs and present proposals and presentation of services that will partner with customers to meet their needs
  • Turn projects over to the operations team for execution and installation
  • Work closely with engineers to develop a solution-oriented approach to meet project specific needs of clients
  • Evaluate market potentials and find sales opportunities.
Qualifications and Requirements:
  • B.Sc / HND / OND in any discipline.
  • 2 – 4 years experience in the technology field
  • Sales experience in heat ventilation and air-conditioning products.
  • Good knowledge of electrical control panels and automation.
  • Committed to continuous education through workshops, seminars, and conferences
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization
  • Must be open to intensive travel across the country
  • The ability to speak Hausa is an added advantage.

Salary
N150,000 Monthly.




                      Loan Manager

                  Job Specifications:

  • Full Time
  • Required Qualifications: BA/BSC/HND
  • Location: Lagos | Nigeria. 
Job Description:
  • Oversees loan/deposit portfolios for assigned portfolio of relationships
  • Cross-sell deposit, trade, treasury management, foreign exchange, private banking, asset management, and other services to our existing client base prospects
  • May be assigned sales goals for client relationships as skills in client management grow
  • Assist with due diligence/analysis with new client relationships as appropriate
  • Monitor loan repayment activities and financial condition of borrowing clients and take necessary action to collect past due accounts and ongoing repayment ability of all other accounts
  • May make presentations on specific loans and recommend approval and appropriate structure of credits.
Qualifications and Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, or other Business-related fields.
  • Demonstrated understanding of applicable bank policies and procedures as they pertain to the satisfaction of loan closing conditions vendor documents and services
  • 5 – 8 years of works experience
  • Strong knowledge of most common vendor documents, loan documents, commercial lending, and loan requirements.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and team orientation, including coaching and mentoring team members.

Salary
N150,000 – N300,000 gross (depending on the level of experience).




Credit Analyst / Customer Service Officer

Job Specifications:

  • Full Time
  • Required Qualifications: BA/BSC/HND 
  • Location: Lagos | Nigeria.

Job Description:
  • Conduct thorough analysis of financial statements and assessment of credit requests, including new requests, changed requests, refinancing, and annual due diligence
  • Provide recommendations tied to analysis and assessment of credit risk
  • The present analysis, findings, and recommendations to managers, especially findings that involve a borrower’s ability to repay
  • Keep up to date with the company’s lending protocols
  • Reconcile credit files and identify discrepancies and variances
  • Develop and prepare spreadsheets and models to support analysis of new and existing credit applications.
Qualifications and Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, or other Business-related fields
  • 2 – 5 years of strong quantitative experience
  • Strong proficiency in MS Office and general computer use
  • Ability to effectively manage competing deadlines for projects in a high-pressure work environment, with varying degrees of supervision
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to notice discrepancies in data.
  • Impeccable understanding of financial statements, ratios, and concepts.

Salary
N100,000 net monthly.
