Job Description:
  • The job holder’s duty involves interacting with customers and business partners, either in person or through phone calls, assisting in organizing documents, in-house logistics, and other Administrative duties.

Job Role

  • Answer phone calls courteously, responding to customer inquiries.
  • Handle client complaints, aiding timely resolution.
  • Maintain schedules, guided guests, and issued guest badges.
  • Plan and schedule business travels.
  • Refill office supplies and receive deliveries.
  • File documents, and process Invoices.
  • Other Administrative tasks were assigned.
Qualifications and Requirements:
  • HND / BSc (Minimum of Lower credit/Second class lower)
  • Minimum of 1-year experience as a Front Desk Officer
